Divinely born into both a chaotic family dynamic, as well as a highly spiritual and beautifully complicated one, I began, as we all do, to create coping mechanisms to survive. I made a silent pact with myself to rely on my own resources from a very young age. I have been my own guinea pig and I am gratefully in a place that It’s time I share my own wisdom, and that which I picked up along the way, to allow others to live their best life. To bless their bliss. As I do.
Many of these coping mechanisms serve me to this day as they shape the automatic responses to life's daily tasks and decisions. Many, however, no longer serve me today. Some I have shed completely, some are persistent, but all have made me uniquely aware and equipped to hold space. Hold space for myself to heal, to learn and to bring my own process to others.
With endless varieties of healing modalities, it can be overwhelming choosing what's the next step for you on your particular path. I get it, I am it. I constantly struggle with 'overwhelm'.
You’re exactly where you’re supposed to be exactly where you are, when you are. So congratulations - if you’ve come this far, and read this deep, you’re not only learning by chance you are taking the steps necessary to live your best life. Taking care of the #1 of your life - yourself.
Persistence, compassion and transcendence, among many other uniquely human attributes, are all powerful tools that, once tapped into, will act as the building blocks on your 'highest version' path…
